DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery: Please allow 2-5 working days for NZ shipping.

ESSENTIALS! Variety Store delivers across New Zealand via various delivery courier companies. You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details when you've made payment. 

Please allow:
1 - 3 working days for Auckland deliveries 
1 - 5 working days for North Island deliveries 
2 - 5 working days for South Island deliveries

Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries and mention your RD number when placing your order.

We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

Note: Courier services may be delayed during public holidays and the Christmas period, so please allow a few extra working days for delivery. Courier delays are out of PharmaCare Direct's control.

Shipping Charges

We can deliver to any mainland New Zealand physical address. (This excludes the Chatham Islands, Stewart Island & Waiheke Island - please contact us for freight options.) evs.online@outlook.com

For orders under $500, $7.50 shipping for Auckland, North Island from $10.00 & South Island from $12.00. Additional charges may apply for Rural & Oversized items where necessary.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders are usually ready within 24 hours. When your order is ready to collect, you will receive an email or text from our system AFTER your order confirmation, with further pickup instructions.
